Manufacturer's warranty

Every blind we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty on its mechanisms and parts. Coverage length varies by product and brand; we'll confirm the exact terms for your chosen products in writing with your quote.

Our installation guarantee

On top of the product warranty, we stand behind our own workmanship. If something we installed doesn't operate as it should, we come back and put it right.

What to do if there's a problem

Call us on 647-740-8898 or email info@sunblinds.ca with your details and a photo if you can. We'll arrange a visit and sort it out.

What isn't covered

Warranties don't cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear such as fabric fading over many years of direct sun. Where a repair falls outside warranty, we'll quote a fair price before doing any work.
